Guides · signposting · NHS routes
Resources
Three different things live on this page. My own guides and seminars, which are paid; a set of free links to other organisations; and free NHS routes into support. I’ve kept them clearly apart so you can see at a glance what costs money and what doesn’t.
- My guides and seminars — paid, and not on sale just yet
- Other organisations — free
- NHS services — free
- Urgent help — free, any time
My guides and seminars
PaidI’m turning one of my existing slide decks into a written guide, and I’ve more planned after that. When they’re ready there will be two ways to get hold of the same material, whichever suits you better:
- Read it in your own time — a guide you buy and download, to go through at your own pace, as often as you like.
- Come to a live session — the same material covered in an online seminar, with room for questions.
These will be paid, in the same spirit as my one-to-one and group support. I’ll be straightforward about what each one costs when they’re actually ready to buy.
Nothing is on sale yet
There’s nothing to buy at the moment — no shop, no prices and nothing to click. I’m still writing. When the first guide is ready it will appear here with its price and a proper link.
If you’d like to know when that happens, you’re welcome to drop me a message and I’ll keep you in mind. No obligation either way.

FreeThese are organisations I think are genuinely worth knowing about, across the areas I work in. They’re free to contact and have nothing to do with my paid work.

I’m simply signposting to these organisations because I think they’re useful. I’m not affiliated with them, they haven’t endorsed me, and I’m not responsible for their content, their services or anything that happens on their websites.
NHS services
FreeWhat I offer sits alongside NHS care rather than replacing it, so here are the main NHS routes in. These are all free, and you don’t need to go through me for any of them.
I’ve used the NHS’s own “find a service” pages wherever possible, so they’ll give you the right details for your own area rather than mine.

I’m signposting to the NHS here, nothing more. I’m not part of the NHS, not affiliated with it and not endorsed by it, and I’m not responsible for NHS services or the content of their pages.
